On Thursday 5^th December 2024, Mr Holiday and Miss Baker took the Year 5 and 6 Athletics Team to compete at the annual ‘Oldbury Indoor Athletics Competition’, which was held at Tipton Sports Academy.  The Year 5 and 6 Team finished a fantastic 3^rd place out of 12 schools, meaning we qualify for the ‘Black Country Games’ (Details to follow soon).  The children attended the competition stated ‘I enjoyed competing against other schools’, ‘I loved encouraging others’, ‘I enjoyed both the track and field events’, ‘It was amazing, everyone tried their best’, ‘I loved the opportunity to represent Rounds Green’.  Well done to everyone who represented Rounds Green with super sportsmanship, enthusiasm and determination.
