At Rounds Green Primary School, we are proud to have a dedicated Family Support Worker who plays a vital role in supporting our families. Their aim is to provide guidance, advice, and a listening ear to help with any challenges that may arise at home or school. Whether it’s offering practical support, signposting to local services, or working closely with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for children, our Family Support Worker is here to strengthen the partnership between home and school. This service reflects our commitment to caring not only for our pupils but for the whole family, ensuring everyone feels supported and included in our school community.

We are deeply committed to supporting our families in practical ways as well as educational ones. Within our reception area, we provide access to a food pantry and a uniform bank, helping to ease some of the day-to-day pressures families may face. In addition, through our partnership with FairShare, and with the support of our Multi-Academy Trust, we are proud to run our own community shop on a weekly basis. Here, parents can purchase fresh fruit for a very small fee, ensuring that healthy options are affordable and accessible. These initiatives reflect our belief in working together as a school community to ensure that every child and family feels supported, valued, and cared for.
