EYFS

In the Foundation Stage, the weekly planning is linked to the interests of the children and incorporates activities that meet identified needs of individuals and groups. During the day the children have a balance of teacher-directed and child-initiated learning opportunities. Numeracy and literacy skills are taught discretely through a cross-curricular approach both inside and outside; making use of the large outdoor area throughout the day in all weathers.
