Mr Holiday is delighted to inform you that Rounds Green Primary School has been selected to represent the school in the ‘Black Country School Games’ which has been designed to celebrate the relaunch of the School Games Programme for 2021/2022 and the countdown to the Commonwealth Games in 2022.  All activities on the day will be non-competitive and adopt the new Black Country School Games Framework of an ‘Engage’ event that will focus on supporting, learning and developing new skills, participation and experiencing new sports and activities tailored to a specific theme. The competition will be held at University of Wolverhampton Walsall Campus. We will be leaving school at 8.50am and should return by 3.15pm.

Children will need to wear PE kit and a jumper and tracksuit bottoms are recommended. Your child will need a packed lunch and plenty of drink (not fizzy). If your child is entitled to free school meals they will be provided with a packed lunch from school.

Mr Holiday will be giving letters to the chosen children soon, can he please have reply slips back ASAP.
